    By accessing or using HospitalitAI's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    Description of Services

    HospitalitAI provides an AI-powered quality inspection platform for hospitality operations. Our services include mobile inspection workflows, AI-assisted image analysis, analytics dashboards, and task management tools.

    Subscriptions and Billing

    HospitalitAI is offered as a subscription service with an annual commitment, billed monthly, based on the number of rooms at your property. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page. A one-time configuration fee may apply.

    Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    Acceptable Use

    You agree to use HospitalitAI only for its intended purpose: managing hospitality quality inspections and related operational tasks. You may not:

    • Use the platform to capture or store guest personally identifiable information
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
    • Share login credentials with unauthorized users
    • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

    Intellectual Property

    All content, software, and AI models within HospitalitAI are the intellectual property of HospitalitAI or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

    Inspection data and photos captured by your team remain your property.

    Limitation of Liability

    HospitalitAI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI assessments will be 100% accurate in all conditions. The platform is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. Final decisions on room readiness and quality remain with your staff.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
